Procedures
Investing in Kraków Special Economic Zone requires:
- submitting a Letter of Intent with the general idea of the development project
- pursuing negotiations on purchasing/renting a plot for the investment or renting office space
- preparing investment offer in the form of a business plan
- pursue negotiations or tendering procedure announced by Kraków Technology Park to obtain a permit for business operation
- obtaining a permit to conduct business activity within the zone
- purchasing/renting real estate // renting office space
- implementation of the investment project.
