Offer for investors

Kraków Technology Park (KTP) opened investor and export support centre under the name Business in Małopolska Centre (CeBiM), established together with Małopolska voivodeship and Małopolska Regional Development Agency, in January 2010

Situated at the seat of the KTP, the Centre:

provides the following services for businesses:

- coordinates investment procedures in offices and institutions

- prepares offers, bids, reports, analyses, and studies concerning labour market, available real estate, principles governing business activity, and other information useful in the process of investment

- organises meetings with regional and community authorities for investors

- organises business meetings

- organises visits in investment areas

- provides information concerning running business in Poland (starting operation, tax system, local law)

- provides consulting in situating investments within special economic zones

- gathers information on potential forms of public aid for investors (special economic zones, EU funds, grants)

promotes the economy of Małopolska region:

- produces promotional materials, gathers and disseminates materials produced by institutions operating for the investor

- coordinates international collaboration in business promotion

- organisers business and trade missions with participation of entrepreneurs

- receives foreign business and trade missions to Małopolska

- organisers press tours

- operates the Business in Małopolska website

- awards media patronages

- runs photo bank

runs databases of land for investment:

- monitors the real estate market

- provides investor related consulting for communities

- ensures standardisation of bids.
