The firms who will decide to operate in Małopolska Information Technology Park will have at their disposal the total of 12,000sq.m (130,000sq.ft) of class A office space, as well as access to laboratories, and consulting and training services. MITP will lease office space and provide its services to enterprises at prices much below the market level, as they are covered by state aid.
Moreover, the MITP entrepreneurs will have access to modern conference facilities equipped for teleconferencing, exhibition spaces, zoned server rooms, and a restaurant. There will be parking spaces available in garages with parking machines, and on outdoor ones. The premises are monitored 24/7.
1. Office spaces
- offices ranging from 6 sq.m (65 sq.ft) to 190 sq.m (2050 sq.ft) (50% co-financed)
- fully equipped worksites of the open space type
- “virtual office” (business addresses)
2. Services provided at preferential rates
- fully equipped multimedia conference halls (7 halls with space up to 260 sq.m (2800 sq.ft))
- access to highly specialised laboratories – ICT showroom
- access to common space with Wi-Fi Internet access in the specially designed “meeting zones”
- training adjusted to the needs of the enterprise (co-financing: general – up to 60%, and specialist – up to 25%)
- consulting services (co-financed up to 50%)
3. Services provided within the MITP environment
- promotion of the business within promotional activities of the Kraków Technology Park (KTP)
- participation in seminars and conferences organised by the KTP
- shared support and ancillary services, covering accounting, marketing, audit, catering services, and technical services for meetings and conferences
- assistance in seeking Polish and international partners
- cooperation with other businesses in the field, in an innovative environment
- possibility of exhibiting products in exhibition space
4. KTP expectations from the client
- business operating in information sciences, telecommunication or engineering
- business operating in the model of open innovation, ready to collaborate with other businesses from the MITP environment
